Pottery Workshops

Pottery workshops, in both hand throwing and special firing techniques are offered at Blue Moon Clay Studios in Greenwich, NY. Brenda McMahon teaches classes both at her studio and at art centers across the country.

In 2008, Brenda is teaching several workshops on her signature Saggar Fired Porcelain. The workshops are hands-on and will offer students an opportunity to learn the philosophy and technique of saggar firing, as well as give them an opportunity to fire their own pots in the saggar kiln.

Introduction to Throwing & Advanced Throwing
Tuesdays & Wednesdays
6: 30 pm to 8:30 pm. 2 hours, once weekly. $225
6: 30 pm to 9:30 pm. 3 hours once weekly. $330
