About Blue Moon...

 

Blue Moon Clay Studio is a working ceramic art studio located in Washington County, New York.

We are open to the public April thru October by appointment.

In 1997, on a summer month with two full moons, word of the studio came to our attention. A short meeting with the owners, two homes who love dobermans, 6-acres of beauty and the deal was made. Blue Moon Clay Studio was created in August, 1997.

A Blue Moon is when there are two full moons in one month. Though it's not a rare event, it is unusual and when it happens, one should take notice. We did and named our space Blue Moon Clay Studio.
